Hartwood Acres Amphitheater 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Music For MS 2016

Music Night On Jupiter is honored to be the booking agency for the Music For MS Roots Music Festival. This year, the Festival will be presented over two days – on Thursday August 11, 2016 at The Rex Theater, and Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Hartwood Acres.

If you were there, you know that August 15, 2015 at Hartwood Acres was another beautiful day for the Music For MS Roots Music Festival. The weather, the crowd, the food, the music, all clicked, just like in 2014. The M4MS committee set the bar high for the first two years of the Festival, but they are doing it again in 2016, even bigger and better than before!

We are pleased to announce that M4MS 2015 favorites The Black Lillies will be returning to headline the outdoor session of M4MS 2016 on August 13. Joining our friends from Knoxville, Tennessee: Driftwood from upstate NY, River Whyless from Asheville, NC, and The Jakob’s Ferry Stragglers from California, PA. Also returning: the M4MS “house band” Tullycavy (formerly known as Maddie Arnold and Friends) and the NA Fiddlers & Folk Chorale. The Mulligan Brothers also make their return, headlining the kick-off event at The Rex Theater on August 11.

With your support for the first two Roots Music Festivals, M4MS has  been able to donate $85,000 to the Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter of the National MS Society. They have set their sights higher for 2016, and you can help achieve that goal by saving money and purchasing your tickets now. Currently on sale are discounted single admission tickets, 4-Packs and 10-Packs. As always, children ages 12 and under will be admitted to the Festival free when accompanied by a ticketed adult over age 21.

About MNOJ:

Music Night on Jupiter began as pot-luck, bring-an-instrument parties in our home on Jupiter Dr.

Hand-in-hand with our practice of providing free room and board to traveling musicians from all over the US and Canada, those little parties morphed over time into something much bigger.

Come join for a us show; we bet you will also become a Friend of Jupiter.
